What is the difference between a fire tube and a water tube steam boiler?

In a fire tube boiler such as the WNS, the flue gas passes through tubes inside a water-filled shell; it suits steady loads from 0.5 to 20 t/h. In a water tube boiler such as the LSS, the water flows inside the tubes, so the boiler holds less water and starts quickly; the LSS covers 0.5–2 t/h.

What decides the price of a steam boiler?

Output, working pressure, fuel, the burner and control components, the auxiliaries in the scope (water treatment, feed pumps, economiser, chimney) and the documents required in the destination country. Send these and we quote the complete scope.

Which certificates can Wilford provide?

Wilford holds the China Special Equipment Production License for class B boilers, the ASME Certificate of Authorization (S, power boilers) with National Board registration, and ISO 9001:2015. Other documents for the destination country are confirmed during quotation.
